Every item listed below is supplied with flourescent prismatic retro-reflective sheeting (Class 1 or Class 2 per JKR SPJ/S19 and ATJ2C-85 Pindaan 2017), including all posts, frames, brackets, painting and everything complete as shown in drawings / as directed — including shifting at the end of each stage and removal at the completion of the road works.

Portable Devices — Cones, Delineators, Solar Equipment

Deployable from a TMDT Lorry, relocatable between work-zone stages, and recoverable at project close-out.

Solar-powered flashing arrow board Directional arrow for lane-closure taper zones, programmable flash patterns.
Reflective plate Mounted on barriers, hoarding and delineators for enhanced night visibility.
Solar-Powered Robotic Flagman Automated flagman replacement with programmable Stop/Slow paddle; removes human operator from high-risk positions.
Solar-Powered Electronic Chevron Programmable chevron direction indicator for curve warning and work-zone tapers.
Double-arrow flashing light (vehicle-mounted) Roof-mounted on Shadow Vehicles and TMDT Lorries for moving work-zone protection.
Category 2

DBKL / JKR Specification — Pole Sign Posts

Permanent-style post-mounted temporary signs to DBKL (Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur) and JKR specification. Two variants depending on road class:

  • 60 km/j spec — standard urban work-zone deployment (Types C = 60 km/j, E = 40 km/j).
  • 50 km/j spec — lower-speed / residential / near-works deployment (Types C = 50 km/j, E = 30 km/j). Includes Chevron Arrow.

All other Types (A, B, D, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, P, Pembinaan Tamat) are identical across both speed specs.

A-Frame Signage — DBKL / JKR Specification

Self-supporting folding-frame signs for rapid deployment without ground fixing. Ideal for short-duration works, flagging points and flexible-relocation scenarios.

Temporary Directional & Informative Signs

Fluorescent prismatic retro-reflective sheeting on custom sign faces. Supply, install and maintain; including posts, frames, brackets, painting, shifting between stages and removal at completion. Face size per JKR specification:

Temporary Road Marking — BS 3262

Reflectorised thermoplastic road marking to British Standard BS 3262, applied and removed per project stage. Minimum quantity applies.

Blackening Existing Road Marking

  • Purpose: Mask old markings during stage changes & diversions

Essential for staged works where existing lines must be temporarily overridden without full removal.

Existing Road Maintenance — Pothole Patching

As part of Traffic Management scope on some projects, Muhibah provides rapid pothole patching using coldmix or hotmix premix — including transportation, equipment, tools and wastage.

Coldmix Premix Pothole Patching

  • Supply, spread and compact of coldmix premix
  • Suitable for rapid emergency response
  • Temporary fix — recommend hotmix for permanent

Hotmix Pothole Repair

  • Repair / patching of potholes with hotmix
  • Based on approved rectification method
  • Within 12 hours as instructed by main contractor representatives
  • Rate includes transportation, equipment, tools, minimum quantities, wastage
  • Minimum quantity: 50 m² per location
