About the role

Muhibbah Konsortium Holdings Sdn Bhd, a G7 CIDB-registered traffic management contractor based in Bandar Baru Bangi, is seeking a dedicated Site Project Coordinator to oversee day-to-day site operations and act as the key liaison between our office, project sites, clients, and relevant authorities. This is a hands-on coordination role suited to candidates who are comfortable working both in the office and on the ground at active project sites.

Responsibilities

•Reporting & Office Coordination: Report directly to management at the Bangi HQ office and provide regular updates on site progress, issues, and resource requirements.

•Authority Liaison: Attend meetings with relevant authorities (JKR, PLUS, LLM, local councils, and PDRM where applicable) regarding Traffic Management Plans (TMP) and obtain the necessary approvals and permits.

•Night Works Coordination: Liaise and arrange night works with clients, including scheduling and execution of lane closures and full road closures in line with approved TMPs.

•TMP Design Approval: Work closely with the in-house draughtsman to develop and revise Traffic Management Plan designs, and secure formal approval from clients before deployment on site.

•Site Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed site reports including daily progress, manpower attendance, equipment usage, incident reports, and photographic documentation.

•Resource Deployment: Coordinate site works and oversee the deployment of manpower, equipment, and materials from the factory/yard to the project site, ensuring all resources arrive on time and in the correct quantities.

Requirements

•Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or relevant working experience in lieu).

•Minimum 1–3 years of experience in site coordination, traffic management, road works, or civil construction. Fresh graduates with strong attitude are welcome to apply.

•Familiarity with Malaysian traffic management standards (Arahan Teknik Jalan 2C/85 or equivalent) is an added advantage.

•Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) and own transport — willing to travel to project sites within the Klang Valley and surrounding states.

•Willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts, when night works or road closures are scheduled.

•Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken) to liaise effectively with authorities, clients, and site crew.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic site reporting tools; able to read and interpret TMP drawings. •Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously.

Work Location Base: Muhibbah Konsortium HQ, Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor Site Coverage: Various active project sites (travelling required)
